Last night the City of Ottawa issued a major snow warning saying that we were going to 20cms of snow overnight, which actually only turned out to be just about half of that but what they didn't say was thtat it was going to turn to freezing rain, with gusty winds etc... so the 20min max drive to work took a lot longer...
This is the report for the next 24 hours... am so
